Please include a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, any error messages you see, and if possible, a screenshot or screen recording.

How long does it take to resolve a ticket?

Resolution times depend on the complexity and priority of the issue. Simple queries are often resolved same-day, while complex technical issues may take 2–5 business days.

Can I submit a ticket by email?

Yes. Sending an email to support@nukhbaa.sa automatically creates a ticket in our system and you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number.
